Yesterday’s macro photo was not a real mystery, but it was so beautiful! I had to share it with you. It was a very close photo of a “blob” of snow. That day, the snow was wet and falling in clumps. This clump was a ball of snowflakes tangled up together. Beautiful!
It is the first Monday of 2014! There is an arctic blast that is sweeping the country, and the dog will not go outside. Today’s macro mystery is not hard, but it’s so awesomely beautiful and very fitting. I hope you enjoy it!

Yesterday’s macro mystery was not difficult, but it was oh so interesting! I love this macro water drop shot. Reflected in the water drop is my back yard and my chocolate labrador, Daisy, coming over to investigate what I am up to. This is common, and her nose will often end up on the camera. You have to laugh at that nosey behavior. I put yesterday’s photo in upside down so that you can see the reflection better. Thanks so much for guessing, and happy new year!
